COLLINGWOOD CAPITAL PARTNERS
Built by founders for founders

We are a new private equity firm that brings a unique approach coupled with industry experience and insights to lower and middle market Food and Beverage manufacturers. We partner with owners to provide a smooth ownership transition or to help them take their business to the next level. Our founders have created, grown and sold their own businesses. We are automation and robotics specialists with a track record of value creation through both organic and acquisition-based strategies. We hope to craft a sustainable and more innovative future in the food and beverage industry.
OUR DIFFERENCE
The experience of growing our previous core business from $8 to $120 million in revenue has led us to have an unparalleled skillset and ability to help others.
We employed a combination of organic and acquisition-based strategies to grow 15 business units across Canada and the United States
We acquired 10 businesses, partnering with owners to achieve our mutual goals
We worked intimately with the world's largest F&B manufacturers to automate their production processes
By implementing the Rockefeller Habits, we transitioned acquired businesses from owner operated to professionally managed
All that said, we still seek first to understand and know we don't know everything!
